    I have been fighting the system abuse and the unfairness of the secret
    family courts for well over 20 years, after going through an alleged case of
    Non Accidental injury to my youngest son in 1986.

    He was removed from hospital and put into foster care for 12 weeks, he had
    jumped from the side of the bath and landed awkwardly resulting in a spiral
    fracture of the tibia, he was later returned and Social Services backed
    down, they said that the incident could of been accidental, he was later
    diagnosed with OI.

    Without the help of the family rights group in London, who gave me the
    telephone number of a lady based in Essex.

    Sue Amphlett was her name; she advised me to obtain a specialized solicitor
    on the children’s panel and organized a second medical opinion.
    That’s where I am today, running a national support group called Parents
    Against Injustice. The department of health took our funding away, Sue
    Amphlett left the scene and with the help of Chris Smith and Trevor Jones,
    PAIN has reclaimed its past status.

    We are at present campaigning with John Hemming MP, to get the secret
    family courts opened up for public scrutiny.

    I am now trying too get justice for parents who have had children taken
    into care, after experiencing unexplained fractures and were found too be
    suffering from brittle bone disease, due to the recent European court
    judgment, where Social Services were forced to compensate parents from a
    case relating back to 1998.Hopefully the floodgates will open up allowing
    them to be compensated for their past trauma.

    We have a meeting with shadow justice minister Edward Garnier to discus the
    injustice of some enhanced CRB disclosures.

    Trevor Jones has witnessed and was involved in many Social Service select
    committee proposals within parliament.

    Chris and myself do a lot of work with the media, both radio and
    television.

    This is to all MPs, Brown attacks the BBC, This from a man that allows
    child abuse

    FURIOUS Gordon Brown blasted the BBC last night over the sick stunt pulled
    by Ross and Brand. Is he not just as sick, For backing the continuing
    torture of people abused as children by denying them justice, And allowing
    children to be drug abused in care, I will face him live on tv to prove my
    words, We will see wether hes a man or a mouse

    teresa i have known you a long time and i would like to say you have given
    me the insperation and spirt to go forward in life.
    i knew all them years ago that you wearnt just anyone trying to jump on
    the childrens home band wagon.
    the thing i am saying is you are a insperation to the children and adult
    survours of today
