Looking for any fostered in Herne Bay Kent in the 70’s - 2000
I am looking for anyone who was placed in care between the 70’s to the year 2000 with foster parents in Herne Bay Kent.
You may of come from the Wandsworth social services area or another area. I
Thefoster father was convicted of crimes on a young adult with learning disabilities in the 90’s and urge anyone who knows about this to come forward or has any further information.

Hi me and my younger sister were in care in Herne Bay for a while in 1970. Whilst there I witnessed physical abuse first hand and to my sister and a couple of others in care. Because I was only 8 and my sister was 7 I am not too sure of the names of the foster parents I seem to think of the name Beard but could be wrong. We had to call the woman auntie. My sister and I were talking about this just the other day and wondered what happened to the others there. I would be interested if this is the same people. Like I said earlier I can't remember where the house was except it was a large bungalow and we went to an old fashioned school in Herne Bay.
