Church of England & child abuse (historic)
I have now requested an appology from the Church of England and to date have recieved no appology at all. In fact they have not done a thing to look at how to deal with this situation and they have known about it for many years.
I cant complain about the support from Maidstone but the main church has not done anything to acknoweldge the child abuse that went on at Kendall House despite lots of complaints and files to prove it.
I have spoken to those in the higher archy including the Arch Bishops teams working for him but have been met with silence and the ability to sit back and stay as quiet as they can be in the vain bid and hope that no one will address what went on at Kendall House and WAS with the churches full knowledge that it was going on back in 1980 and Miss Gross stated she would NOT have an enquiery.
The Archishop of Canturbury ´s statement was just words
