My Blog. Teresa Cooper. Wii - fit - my review
As some one who gets very little excersise I decided to get a Wii. What a brilliant game if I can call it that. This is much more than a game and playing Wii fit feels like your really playing the sport. I had a great time playing tennis as my daughter watched on in amusement. You need alot of room for this though and I strongly suggest you make sure everything is out of the way including your chilldren if you have any. My daughter was unfortunatly clonked on the head as I done a fantastic back hander, furtunatly her head getting in the way didn’t ruin my score. I have a dodgy right arm and hand which was tested to the max as the consol flew out of my hand more than once and knocked a few things off the sides. This takes alot of mental control and I almost gave myself a heart attack trying to do the jogging programme. It wanted me to keep up with the other joggers and I have to confess this was not my strong point so if your unfit like me I suggest you strap a bottle of water around your neck and go for EASY.
I then tried my hand at the hoola hooping. I always considered myself to be fairly flexible but this was not the case when swivveling and diving to catch the make believe hoops. I can swivvel hips but the top half wasn’t having any of it.
I tried a little bit of Pirates of the Carribean and what a great way to get rid of that stress or anger by having a sword fight with a cartoon as you hunt for something. I have no idea what I was hunting for but hunt is what I done and all I found was a beefed up sumo wrestler who gave me a bit of a hiding.
Then came the best one of all. The maracas. This is a fantastic game come dance and is great for strengthening your arms and so much fun. It has been great doing this with my daughter as we both like dancing and fab for any mother and daughter to do together.
People with disabilites may enjoy some of the programmes as they are very gentle whilst having some fun along the way. Naturally this depends on your disability and always ask your doctor for advice. If you are on medication that makes you drousy do not attempt Wii even on easy and don’t even try it if your drunk.
I have been unwell and suffering from arthritis so everything I have done has been on easy and I am very proud to say I lasted 8 minutes total ![]()

But to your credit, you were put into stone house because while everone else in the art room was having a party, you were trying to cut your wrists in the mists of it! Still ever the party pooper. Some things never change!!!!

The last two time I have come over, the first on your 40th Birthday, when a party was thrown for you threw a fit and stopped the party! I should have learned my lesson when I came over to your house to spend my Birthday with you! You took me to a show (wonderful) in london, then stopped me joining someone else’s Birthday party (When we were invited to a pub) we then went and drank coffee in a cafe? It was the only Birthday I have spend sober since I was 18 years old!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is it refreshed enough???? x

You were all dressed up in green, very green in fact
I was saving you from yourself that night and the night I threw a wobbler was because I was saving my sons from the evils of booze and put my foot down at two pints lol I know they are grown men but ...
It was fun though lol

The good thing that came out of KH is YOU and we are as best as friends now as we were back at KH and we could always count on each other even through the crappiest of times. Trust was always priority for us and we are the same now as we were back then xxxxxxxx
However
May I recommend something for out next birthday? lol

Hi Sharon
It is an addictive game and great for families. I tried the yoga thing but I couldn’t stand still for two seconds. It’s either my balance is awful or I’m heavier on one side
My cats love the hoola hoop and sit and watch it which is funny.
