Good Samaritan Sued
A woman who had a car crash decided to sue her friend who was travelling in the car behind, stopped and pulled her from the wrecked car. The woman blamed her friend for the injuries when pulling her out of the wreckage and decided to take her to court for compensation after blaming the good samaritan for her injuries. Her friend pulled her out after fearing the car was going to go up in flames.
This is in the USA and shows yet more failures in the legal system and what this world is coming too. Perhaps the woman would of prefered her friend to seek legal advice first or leave her to go up with the car. No win situation and shocking
This is utter madness and I am shocked the USA court allowed this to even get into court. Its a disgrace.
