Whatever the crime, whether it be, Mental, Physical or Sexual, tougher laws & sentencing should be brought in, to help the victim(s),far too many victims are not coming forward to help convict their abuser of their assault. After reading the article in the magazine, I speak from personal experience, I have raised a Step-Daughter, who was sexually abused, & with support & counselling, the victim can lead a normal life again.
