I would like to join the forums - I was coerced into surrender my son for no better reason than that’s what my parents wanted back in 1981. After I found my son I requested the adoption paperwork then found out that what I went through was a forced adoption. Since then I have made friends via then internet who have similar stories to tell that have happened over the past 30 odd years up to recently.

ss stole our son from us and hid behind lies to secure our sons future..the reports which were done were based on lies to discredit my partner and myself…everytime we go to contact to see our son we are bullied pushed humilliated to the point where they want me to hit them…now we know what they are trying to do to us and other families in our situation…this kind of behavor has to stop…this is our children who they are taking….if you are a social worker and your reading this please stop and think about the families your destroying…its a sick cruel evil way to earn a living…how would you like it if the tables were turned and it was us taking your children away…cafcass say they are there to help..i agree they are there to help ss not us…if your a social worker you should be there for the families aswell as the children…if your advising family aide to bullie then thats sick…if your family aide and you have been told to bully dont do it its wrong evil sick…YOU KNOW ITS WRONG PUT A STOP TO IT AS IT CAN DAMAGE LIVES LIKE DRINKING SMOKING ETC…how many commit suicide every year over children being taken away from inocent families….we are not there to be bullied we are here to bring and love our children with all our hearts….its time to stop the heart ache and stand up for whats right….it sounds like ss will always abuse their powers with children….you think im going to write to my son once a year so ss can read what ive written to our son we know you will read it we are not stupid like you make us out to be….because i was abused as a child ss services state i will do it to my son…to me its an offensive statment not a proven fact….not everyone is the same…i will never stop fighting for my son I LOVE MY SON i would do anything to keep my son and i mean anything….my advice to sw is get another job just imagine all the angry families out there which you have destroyed…i dare any sw to tell us that whqt your doing is right…we are not puppets toys for ss to play with we are inocent families with feelings we love our children SO HANDS OFF…....id like to hear from anyone who is going through the adoption process…sw should be named and shamed or the department either way have your say its a human right like having children dont lose faith they will be caught out one day….adoption should not exsist have your say….i would also like to tell the families on here that you should never give up do it for our children and yourselves
