Social Services within the West Midlands are taking Babies like there is no tomorrow.
I had two cases in one day,two weeks ago, where newborn babies were taken from Hospital on Emergency Protection Orders.
On no occasion,have the Local Authority, mentioned Kincareship, which they should consider,before a child is placed into Foster Care,which is supposed to be mandatory, under the New Public Law Legal Guidelines, that came into operation on 1st April 2008.
Pre court template letters have not been given to my clients.
On no occasion have these persons been given information about the complaints procedure, or a list of children’s Panel Solicitors for representation,the LA are obliged to give out this information, but is totally disregarded on a daily basis.
PAIN are receiving up to ten new cases a day.

We went through it for eight months falsely accused so they could steal a baby for adoption. We knew they were the enemy from day one. They ran rough shod over our rights, failed to inform us about their phony complaints procecdures, which incidentally are totally at logger heads with each other. The police treated us punitively, as did they SS and Caffcas did nothing constructive just threatend adoption. They are all incompetent monsters. EVIL EVIL EVIL, why because money is more important to them than their own souls. There are some good social workers here in Stone, John Hanlon is one, and he refused to take part in the secret family court persecution of my family.
But the secret family courts are just plain evil. They lie, they commit perjury, they persecute families for no reason at all (or money) and they smash families up. Stafford County Court and Wolverhampton Combined Court are legalised family torturers.

I know. I think I just got one of the good apples.
I had seven years of hell in the secret family courts - they tried to force my son to visit a rapist. Even now, they are still trying to do our family.

staffordshire just kidnapped my daughter in 1985 just because she was very very happy loved and wanted still is now they are still covering it all up to what they have done to us im trying to get answers off them why?weve had this heartbreak for the past 20 years for nothing at all but lies which they still tell us now i want to know as well why? contract to see our daughter was stopped just because she wanted to see us but they will not give me the answers so dont complain to them its just a waste of time filling a complaint form in they have just ruined our family life and violated our human rights article 8 the rights to a family

they took my 2 grandchildren and adopted them, i will fight for all my days to get them back, i dont care wot i have to do. once adoption has taken place, can we do anything. i want the fight, ss scumbags can get stuffed.

Good! You have a right to be angry, we all do. They’ve tortured and persecuted all of us in these blasted secret courts.
One thing is making me feel as mad as hell right now is that although I wrote several times to every MP in the UK, including my own, begging and pleading for help, not a single one of them had the decency to tell me about the Allan Levy report on Staffordshire Pindown. I reckon if I had access to that report I would never have been tortured for seven years in the secret family courts by the vermin who raped me! Why on earth did none of those MP’s tell me, especially my own, who was involved in the investigation? I only found out about it by chance, on the internet!

I’m dealing with Warwickshire SS at the moment. They have lied, ignored my requests and bullied me. They are as cold as ice and show no sympathy at all. They don’t even have children of their own!

to all parents who have wrongly lost children to adoption.a professionals minutes meeting is held about six weeks before you go back to court for the last time to find out if your going to get your children back or not.social services at this meeting sit and tell a pack of lies about you to the other professionals at the meeting who then all agree your children should be put up for adoption you never get to hear about it because they decide not to invite your solicitor and they don.t say anything to you the parent.my advise is ask social services for the transcripts of the professional minutes meeting and if they ignore you tell them your going to make a complaint to the ombudsmen and then do it good luck everyone.

They kept secret C3 files on us, but we got them and you are right they make up th lies as they go along to get their own agenda outcomes. they are cowards with too much power but only if we lay back and take it. I would not conform if we had to go through it again with them. None of us deserve such evil public services, they serve themselves only. Totally corrupt. Like the Government and Law who support their wicked agendas for financial gain. Evil,

like to hear from parents who know about the professionals minutes meetings. i only found out about it because i asked my solicitor for all my files.i could not believe it when i came across the transcripts of a meeting that was held 2mths before i went to court for the last time. this meeting want on behind my back.they never told me that they were going to adopt my son.i think that alot of parents are losing their children to adoption this way. social services should tell us parents if they decide their not going to give our children back to us

Of course, they can’t have meetings without taking minutes!
Thanks for that. I know the vultures held “professionals” meetings to which I was not invited, about me and my son, and I have never ever been given any minutes!
