Government’s Secret Family Courts - Bill Maloney Reports
February 2010 - Award winning film director Bill Maloney is refused entrance to the Inner London Family Proceedings Court to support a young couple who were having their 10 month old baby girl taken away from them.
This is another tragic example of authorities taking children from young parents at birth.

Thank you Bill for speaking out and telling it like it really is. Too many children are still suffering at the hands of those we are supposed to be able to trust to protect children.

i am in a simular situation to that poor couple i had my daughter taken away in 2005 when she was 7 months old baby L was placed in foster care my daughter got warts whilst in care when i had contact with my daughter she had soiled nappies i reported this to out of hours social services but nothing was done at a later date she was removed then placed with my violent ex’s sister in 2007 then a year later i found out that baby l recieved adult bite marks whilst in the care of aunt and social care. Which was coverd up by social services then i started a formal investigation as i was not awear of the bite markes at the time of the inncident as it was coverd up by social services and because social servicses didnt investigate it i do not know who bit my daughter but i do know that the aunt permited unotherised access to her brother which i found out in the investigation the aunt did not inform out of hours social services but informed the allocated social worked by text which was found the social worked did not recieve the aunt had her foster review but did not mention baby l injury untill 2 weeks later but thought baby l social worker knew about it so dident take any further action the allocated social worker did not have any knowladge about my daughters injury untill 4 weeks later which was to late to investigate or see the injury for herself only a photo of what the aunt took on the night of the inncident but then the social worked coverd it up and still took no further action my daughter recived several other minor injuries but is still with her now and social services want the aunt to now adopt baby L even after all this has happend to my child . i had contact with my daughter recently and she said to me i was hurt the other day and i asked for you mummy she was trying to talk to me and asked me the social worker wont hurt me will she when i question the social worker she said that i cant answer my daughters question as it would be inapporiate

In the early 90’s my 4 sons who are now adults were removed from me by the family courts in Birmingham, worse still they were all placed in the care of my father who had sexually and physically abused my 2 sisters and myself for years, The judge was given this information and still handed my children to this abusive animal, social services insisted that we were all telling lies, they did this to cover the fact that they never spoke to any of our family members, who were strong witnesses to the abuse we had suffered, infact, the only person social services spoke to was our abuser, this man went on to abuse my son’s and I was unable to save them no matter how hard I tried to protect them, I was not allowed to protect them, I have since found out that social services continually withheld information from the police. I have fought for a formal police investigation which is now in process, also a formal investigation into the actions of social services is in process, it has’nt been easy, neither department wanted to face their mistakes, I am disgusted at the lies told by social workers who we are all meant to be able to trust. My father was arrested and charged with 2 child rapes and 15 charges of indecent assault, after 2 years of waiting for his trial the judge decided that this abuser of children would not be able to have a fair trial, the detective who charged him with these crimes new he was 100% guilty, he even admitted to beating up my elderly grandmother in police interview, this police officer was very unhappy that this man had been set free, if he had been arrested sooner and a proper investigation done this man would not still be walking free and remain a serious risk to young children, I gave a statement to the police in 1996, they did nothing about speaking to him about his crimes but they did take the time to let him know in a social services case conference the details of my statement and the fact that I had made a complaint against him, then they let him walk away and did nothing about my statement, If these are the people who we are supposed to trust, GOD HELP US ALL.
